How to replace back ''door'' on Pentax ME super
I have a pentax me super which has given me trouble with light leakage from the back cover door for ages (I have been holding it tightly closed with gaffer tape for years!) This is despite having been "repaired" several years back. Long story short I bought another body and want to exchange the door unit so that my old camera has the door from the one I purchased. Is this possible? Would I need any special tools?
Thanks, Cara

No, you won't. Open the back and look at the hinge of the film door. There is a small screw near the top that sticks out. push it down with your finger to release the upper door pin. Your light leak is likely coming from that area too. A bad seal on the hinge is the usual suspect.
Go to eBay. Look-up sales from user 'interslice' buy the camera light seal kit.
Alternatively contact 'alchmicphoto' who will fit new seals for you. (Check the eBay classified under 'local services'.)
