(Standard breakdown . remove battery cover. Battery, sim card, SD card, remove screws plastic cover. Use a guitar pick/opening tool to run along the seam to split plastic case. From here. Remove any metal shields (if any) to disconnect all connectors. Such as LCD cameras mic , vol buttons etc. Once freed of connectors remove screws holding logic board down. From here you should be holding a front "clip" just glass. LCD. And digitizer. Depending on your part.if its a complete front clip. The just follow steps in reverse on new front clip. If it's just the glass. You will need a hair dryer or heat gun to heat up glass and make adhesive loose enough to separate the glass from the frame. Once separated . follow steps in reverse.
