Yes. You need to remove the screws around the perimeter of the door in order to seperate the inner and outer halves. then you can access the retaining screws/clips of the dispensor. This is tricky for some models and may require 2 people or 4 hands. I have (many times) as a service person use my knees as a third hand to hold and help position these panels while trying to refit them sn dsrew the at the same time. Goodluck, macgivor
