Check the condition of the brake pads/shoes then check for any brake fluid leak including a bad master cylinder. if these systems are good then make sure all the air is out of system. it doesn`t hurt to flush the brake system until you get clean brake fluid out of the bleeder screws as a little dirt could cause a problem. again if this is good you may have a problem with the brake power booster. as you don`t say what your problem is with the brake pressure these are some things to try.
