First you need the driver. Use this one for the 32bitthis one for the 64bit systems.
Attach your computer to the printer. this can be done different ways depending on the options you've installed in the copier. Parallel cable, USB cable, or via the LAN using an IP.
With cable printing you can hook it up, load the driver, and go. With IP printing you will need to add a port and specify the IP of the printer or Jetdirect box.
The wizard will take you through the rest.
NOTE: Copiers don't have the ability to buffer jobs the way printers do, large jobs not managed by the local computer may hang on older copiers. Keep in mind that this may not offer the smooth operation you would get from say an HP Laserjet, etc.
