How to "shift" to letters instead of numbers?
I have a credit card from Canada - no CVS number...but can't put in the address or zip since I would need to use the alphabet not numbers. Does anyone know how to change to letters on the VeriFone OMNI 3200SE?

Did you try to use the "alpha key"? Press the number key that has the letter you need, then keep pressing the alpha key to get the letter you need.
