Lets start with the code description. Abnormally high toner density detected cyan TCR sensor • TC ratio in the developing machine, which is determined by Toner replenishing amount control mechanism, is 11 % or more for a given number of times consecutively.
There are a couple of things I would try before replacing the Cyan Imaging Unit. Try taking out both the imaging unity and the toner and re-installing them. Restart the machine and see if the error goes away. It may be necessary to replace the imaging unit if the error persists. If replacing the unit is required and doesn't solve the problem, it could be that you need to replace the pcb (printed circuit board) and you probably need to call a qualified service tech out to take care of this for you.
