TV will not power on. No standby light and there is a high pitched squeal/whine whenever the main board is connected. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot power supply. I am comfortable with testing electronics components. I have a multimeter and a capacitance meter (not in circuit) Just looking for some guidance on where to start and figure this thing out.
