How to troubleshoot Outlook when you cannot send or receive e-mail?
Users should see that outlook is connected to the internet or not • Individual are also suppose to check that POP and IMAP email accounts that they are using the outgoing mail server which requires authentication • There is need to check that whether the ISP has a firewall that blocks the email services • Users should check that whether the credentials are correct or incorrect • Look that whether the network requires the proxy server for connecting through the mail server • Individuals need to check that the email server is unavailable or not
