How to turn on a ZTE z812 phone that won't turn on
Ok my phone died it was completely dead. I came home and put it on charge, but the charging light wont come one and the phone has been charging for an hour tops, but still will not turn on. The phone is a ZTE Z812 at&t phone and the battery does not come out I need help NOW!!!!!!!!

Your best bet would be to contact att customer service, but it sounds like either the charger or battery is defective. If you are within the warranty period they will probably replace it.
