I tried everything over 6 months. Finaly used REGEDIT. Searched for any PURHD . Found plenty , tied to corel pro3. Deleted ALL enties manualy, no damage. Fixed at last!!
Sure didn't work for me and it doesn't work for a lot of people.. Also, you need to be very careful what you remove from the registry. Just called Corel 4/7/11, they say it is a known issue that started after patch 2. So they say uninstall the product and re-install and only add patch 2. They also said they are "re-creating" their knowledge base so nothing new is in it on this one at this time.

(I've been dealing with this since 2010)
Start than setting than control panel than add/remove program than select the remove program and remove.
There is not purehd.msi appearing on the control panel to unistall.
