How to unlock parental controls in my Element TV
Many of the programs are PROGRAM BLOCKED. I bought this TV brand new and more programs than ever are being blocked. I never entered parental controls so no code was ever entered. I tried everything. 0000 and all the rest. I tried factory reset. Nothing. Any ideas? My thanks.
