How to use my Mobile Internet on my pc

I am using Windows XP Professional and my cell phone is Sony Ericsson k310i. I belong to Pakistan and live here and the my service provider is ZONG (say it all). I can use internet on my cell phone but i want to use it on my PC through USB Cable.
Plz tell me the solution for this problem that how to use mobile internet on my pc.
