Hp laserjet 5200dtn error 13.20.00 jam in top cover
I have the above error after a paper jam and it was removed, since then that error has been reoccurring am unable to print. i have done all i could, but to no avail, please i need help. thanks

And Flashing the message "remove toner" i assume
Remove toner and look inside for a flat plate full (almost) width of the opening
Lift this flat plate up (It pivots one end) and check for bits of paper underneath this plate Remove if so. Check black sticking up lever is up and moves freely (in Middle of Lower plate) Do NOT break this lever.
Thats it Put the plate down (Spring return) Toner cartridge back in
and turn on.
