When I plug the power on HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format, it will display the HP logo. after about a minute the screen will turn blue and the power button sign and below it the C2FE0175 display in a split second and after, all the lights in the control panel including the power light keeps flashing or blinking. and no printer activity. even the carriage will not move. Please help. Thanks.
