First, make sure the unit is unplugged. I believe you need a "starter motor" , commonly called a "solenoid" for your model. Ir's a large, silver-plated capacitor with 3 or 4 wires attached, 2 to your fan and 1 or 2 to the power block. Make a drawing of the posts and colors. Google the part number on the silver solenoid. Buy local and replace it. It's either that or your fan is so gummed up it needs to be replaced.
