Hr22 hd dvr receiver has no front panel lights
Remote turns on tv and controls the volume but won't change channel on the receiver. It is tuned to ch. 212 nfl network and it looks fine, but there are no lights on the front panel of the receiver and pushing the buttons does not help. Did a reset but after its done restarting it's doing the same thing.

The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here.
