Hrmon Kardon Soundsticks The blue light comes on, all the connections are tight but the sound is very, very weak. It is as if though the power amp stopped working and the only sound coming through is from the original source- and ipod. Can I replace the amp? Is there a fuse that might have blown?

Did you try unlocking volume control on the ipod? sometimes this limits sound coming from the sound sticks.
There should be a mounted fuse on the board of the isub if you have it.
