Hsbc bank froze my mom's bank account ,she can access her money. All I'd is expired, but branch recognize her, she can't buy food
I ( her daughter &sole caregiver ) depending mom's tax refund asked for reciet then left, apparently teller canceled mom's card right then I had no idea until I got my boyfriend to carry mom down the steps of my apartment building and place her in her wheel chair, ,then put her into his van,,, ( I haven't a car and I'm disabled wouldn't be able to do that alone)then we went to Safeway .mom is 87 bed ridden , taking her out is not an easy or frecently done task. Tryed to pay for grocerys card didn't work, went to bank teller said cancled. Wouldn't say why wouldn't give mom new one,wouldn't let mom withdrawal money at counter, still not answering questions about why, mom's only pic I'd is a passport that expired in 89, they said she needed pic I'd even though her bank card was I'd, but canceled as soon as I del check, next day got ride to anther bank (hsbc) she couldn't with drawl $ and couldn't get reason ,we have No food,I have 200,left after rent and hydro takes that,we need money to survive. A week later we go to her branch, teller recognized us even remberedus changing address when I took in to my home, mom can not care for herself, but does Not have altimetersome or any kind of demcha, the manager wants I'd current,her driver's license he kept saying it way expired it would be OK but not passport would not be accepted. After I totally lost it he gave mom 400 dollars she signed for it from her account the bank a week ago did same thing,that means they recognized her as account holder twice but no card can she have they refused to tell her the ballance as well, it's her pention, why is this happening? I can't drag her out every time she needs smokes or fruit ,please please help

You may need to take legal action to become your mother's legal guardian, but that will take time.
