Hubby installed new pump and it shortcycled for awhile then, no psi... not even sure about the condition of the pressure tank ... when water does come it works for a short time and then trickles and stops with the pump still running. he put in a new pressure switch... we have to flip the breaker off to get the motor to stop... but today the water isn't coming on at all.... is there a schematic available?

Did he install a self-priming pump, sometimes the will not prime or this one is stopped up from dirt. also is it submersed in the water or above water level. if it is submersed and is not meant to be, it's probably toast and you need to replace it with a submersible type pump that is also self priming. To find the schematic for your system go to your manufacturer, I'm now assuming that this is a recreation type situation, trailer, motorhome. There at the dealer the parta department should be able to help you. Hope I helped.
