Finally resolved. Blown sensor in fan. Had to replace sensor and add new switch to match updated technology. Bit bullet and had licensed electrician to handle fan and switch. I DON'T KNOW. IF FAN HAS PULL CHAINS, PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF THEY ARE IN ON POSITION AND TRY REVERSING DIRECTIONS A FEW TIMES.
