Michael, check to make sure vented cap not plugged(see if it runs with out cap on). Could be fuel pump fault if equipped or plugged fuel filter/line. When you had carb. apart did you set the float correctly. Remove fuel line and see if gas runs, if equipped with pump, the engine will have to be turned over by key**remove plugs wires**, with hose in container to catch fuel.
