I would first check around where your feet are on the passenger side. Sometimes it will suck something up the inlet port and cut off the air supply. Otherwise, it might just be a bad motor. Either way, the fan and motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Should just have to take a few screws/bolts out to remove it. They can be kinda fun to get to, but not too difficult.
