I've posted this in a few other places on this site (there are many ways to ask the same question), but try putting the clear bean container back on and untwisting as if to unlock it -- the problem isn't just that we put the upper burr in upside down, but then we locked it into place with the bean container. Jaybayca ROCKS. Just did as said, put rubber gasket on the upside down upper burr and then put the clear container on top and with slight pressure rotated counter clockwise to unlock (you could hear the "clicks") and then it pops right out! Of course then flip over, put the rubber gasket back on, and the top will easily return to its rightful position with ease.Jaybayca ROCKS.
