My phone takes about 10 minutes to send any picture, is there any way I could prevent it from sending like deleteting my account or inserting another simcard ??

Switch off your internet connection then delete photo from phone memory and erase internet history. Deleting account or changing sim seems extreme...I won't ask what the pic was!
