Report "I am an old puma customer , I am sorry to tell you that i have a big problem from what i have found out from puma stores ( Egypt-cairo -citystars mall-2nd extention)my complain briefly is that i bought since 2 month ago a new collection shoes Code no.30289904 white , and i have ware it about 5 to 7 times only then i have found out defects in it ( cut in the 2 pairs of shoes , so i went back to the store complaining , they told me i don't have the right to complain and the defects happend from my own fault in wearing it . ( All of my friends they saw it they told me that fabrication or material problem , I Wear it 5 to 7 times for short time ) and i think if you saw the shoes u will tell the same , i need your judgment ,i am terribly dissatisfied from the way they deal with me and my complain . i need your support . , ( they told me if i take my shoes i will right a report told that i will not complain them , please i need your support, thanks & Best regards Heba.Abdelrahman"
