Hi all hope you well, say uhh. Now this is an ongoing problem and I think perhaps it is apple that is responsible for this . I am and have been getting a pop up Cannot install app at this time ....[Done ]. [Retry]. I have and am using 3 devices . I pad 2 ios 8.1.2 non jailbroken Ipad 2 iOS 8.4.1 non Jailbroken I phone 5c ios 9.4.3 or the latest version whatever it is and although have been using a different way to install Apps from other stores legally now I cant . It is not the wifi so many think it is ,I've tried all resetting from the simple power off to the resetting device in settings and home Sleep power button . IAny help much appreciated. Thanks
