I am getting a paper out error and there is paper in the printer. The paper is fed in correctly. I can print one label and then the printer shows a paper out error

Open top cover, clean paper sensor, and follow the picture for paper and ribbon loading on the body
Where is this paper sensor on the Intermec 4440? I've cleaned everything on this printer and it still says, Out of Paper.
