Report "I am have problems with my Freecom external hard drive, model number PEJAAB 160 GB, i am trying to secure & compress a folder on my hard drive so I go to change folder and select a folder, click ok then click yes to proceed, the files seem to have been secured as they have the padlock symbol on them, but I now cannot open the files again. Every time I try to open any o f the files it comes up with ?browse to a folder?, so I select a new folder and then it comes up with this error message 'the file will get not uncompressed' which doesnt even make sense to me. These files are quite important and i can't open them, please help"
