I am having a problem with my doro mini 820. Is there a special way of answering it. All ideas are welcome. otherwise a super phone
When an incoming call comes I find the accept button does not always work and I have to call that person back which is costing me money. I realize I have to slide the button upwards but it cuts the caller off. I have only had this a month could it be faulty?

I am not familiar with your model phone. But most smart phones now can be set to answer calls in a number of different ways. Pressing any key, power key. You will have to look through the settings. You user manual should be helpful. You could also call your wireless carrier customer support number for help.
