I am having difficulty pairing my Parrot CK3100 with my new phone. I have tried to update the software from my laptop via bluetooth. It detects the Parrot but keeps coming up with the message pairing failed. There are currently two old phones on my Parrot but I understand it should be capable of handling 3 devices

This was the same issue I had. I'd just bought a car that had the Parrot CK3100 fitted and my IPhone just wouldn't pair with the device, despite my iPhone picking up the Parrot in the list of Bluetooth devices. The problem, simple. The max number of paired devices was already reached. The fix is to delete the old paired devices no longer used (in my case all of the previous owners) by selecting each paired device, scrolling down and selecting delete. Once you have done so, go back to your iPhone Bluetooth list, select Parrot & it will connect. Mine didn't even have a password. If you are asked the password for these devices is 1234. Good luck!
