Report "I am having problems with my new Acer am3900 desktop.The supplied keyboard with a usb plug works fine,but I prefer my old microsoft keyboard with the round 6 pin plug.The old keyboard is completely dead,no lights or anything. I have double checked that the old keyboard plug is in the right socket,and the pins aren't bent.I also tried rebooting the computer,but that doesn't work either.Please advise. Thanks"
