I took my bike out for one last ride after winterizing it this year. When I took it down yesterday the front derailleur was frozen up. The derailleur was new last fall. I used bike oil on all of the moving parts and let it sit for an hour or so. It helped free things up a bit, but it is not freed up enough to drop from the 3 ring to the 2 ring or from the 2 ring to the 1 ring.

I have manually run the derailleur 30-40 times, but it has not gotten it's snap back. Any recommendations
