I a'm having problems with the digital display on the front of the printer. The display lights up but the display is blank. I was wondering if anyone knew of a solution for this problem. I took apart the sides so I can see the inside of the printer and there is a connection that runs from the motherboard to the display.. is there a chance that the connection could be damaged and needs to be replaced? Thanks for reading

If you hold down the Menu button while the printer is on, after a second, you should see the contrast start to change.
