Report "I am having similar problems to lor 158 but I also find that no matter what grind I use, how much I use or how hard I tamp down the coffee in the basket, I not only end up with thin weak tasting coffee (sometimes with a burnt taste) - the coffee comes out the top of the basket so I also end up with coffee grounds in my cup - not so good!! Thinking of getting rid of this machine as I never seem to have a good cup of coffee out it. I have had it back to be looked at several times but only a seal has been changed - any suggestions?"
