I am hearing alot of wobbling and road noise from what I think is the back tires but I cant be sure. Any idea what could be causing it? I want to have an idea before I got get gouged by the service shop

I had a ford zeyphr one many years ago ,a 1968 model ?? well the noise and shaking i think is the rear tyres deformed and out of round
