Report "I am looking for a user manual for a Mini Moxie No Boundaries electric scooter. I bought one used and replaced the batteries with new ones, but still can't get it to move. When I turn it on, the power needle goes to the green area (showing charged), but the green light blinks instead of just staying on, and nothing happens when I press the move forward button. I really need to use this chair. Can anybody help?"
