I am needing to hook a printer up to my dell laptop and have no idea on how to do it. Also can you share a printer with your desk top and laptop? Help me please. Thanks so much,Robin
Hello. You need to download the driver in your computer and you can use the installation cd that came with your printer. The software gives you instructions, as well, on how to setup the printer itself. If you don't have the installation cd, the driver is available for download in the Lexmark website. Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/aiWCx4 . Type the exact model number of your printer in the bar just below the images of some of Lexmark's printers. Choose the correct driver for your computer's operating system. Install the software. About the other concern, yes, you can share the printer with your desktop and laptop. Call Microsoft or Macintosh, whichever operating system your computers are running, for assistance with printer sharing. Hope this helps. Good luck!
