I am not able to connect my laptop to ITI modem. I have tried both by connecting with wireless connection & with ethernet cable. It says limited or no connectivity & throws error " IP address could not be configured"

Is the router setup as a DHCP server, you'll have to login to it to check its settings. Then on your laptop, in Network Connections, for either the ethernet or wireless connetion make sure the TCP/IP settings are set to "Obtain and IP address automatically"
