Sit down and close your eyes. Extend your arms towards your back to help open up your lungs. Now, slowly breathe in through your nose and count to 5. Then slowly release the air slowly through your mouth. Do this about 5 times. It should help calm you a bit.

You need to get in a quiet place and clear your mind. When you are totally relaxed and calm then ask God to give you peace.
