Head bolts with an aluminium head is about 70/80lbs ,go for 75 ,the other bolts you dont need a torque wrench ,just tighten till they feel tight and make sure you oil the threads ,use a small 3/8th drive rachet ,and tighten them without pulling on the end ,but about halfway along the shank ,say a 10mm headed nut about 15lbs and 13mm nut about 25lbs ,you dont have anything bigger than this on a charade around the head area apart from the head bolts, make sure all gaskets are greased and no sealer ,The exhaust manifold nuts are prone to slackening off after a couple months so check them, but everything else you will not have a problem with .Make sure a minimum of 50% antifreeze is used ,and when fitting head line up cam timing mark before fitting .ie valves on no1 closed ,the pistons about an inch down ,bolt head down with 3 passes on head bolts ,speed key first then rachet then torque wrench.then bring crank up`to mark and fit the timing belt, then crank engine over 360º with the rachet to make sure the valves clear the pistons before evan reconnecting the battery.best of british with it
