I am running VISTA. AS the program install (Print Workshop) I'm getting an error message: 2869. I have tried twice now to install and get the same error message. Help!!!!! Katherine

Make sure that the service is stopped before you try to uninstall or reinstall. On vista, go to "run" and start "services.msc". Then select the mcontrol service and make sure that it's stopped.

ValuSoft Print Workshop 2003 is designed to work best for Windows XP.
That is why you are getting that error message.
No update for Vista.
Try compatibility mode.
