I am trying to change out my grill elements and can't figure out how to get the top off to access the internal part of the grill. I have the elements
My product is a Gaggenau VR 230612 counter mtd. electric grill. Serial # is 36207005036. I can not find a repair manuel for this product so I am at a loss and do not want to do any damage to the unit. It looks like I might need some special tools??
