I am trying to connect my Luxor smart tv to the internet over a wireless connection, there is an underscore in the network name but I cannot type one, I’ve tried holding the 0 button down on the remote because there is an underscore symbol on it but this doesn’t work, I even bought a new remote but still no joy. Do I need to get a keyboard?

Most likely on the keyboard you get on the screen in the left bottom corner will be an alternative symbol option key
if not you might have to change the bbid on the wi fi router and all your other devices connected to it by removing the underscore
