I am trying to convert a label factory deluxe 3.0 zdl file into a pdf file and it keeps rejecting the file as an error. How do I convert this file into a pdf or jpeg file

ZDL files are proprietary, there is no software to convert them since Avery doesn't allow it. But you can convert it in another way. You will need the oficial Avery printing software and a virtual printer one.
Start by installing the virtual printer

Then install the printing program

Now launch the printing program, select the zdf file you want to convert, click print and instead of selecting your actual printer select the Primo virtual one - it will deliver a pdf of the original zdl.
