I am trying to convert from basinette to stroller and the rings on the fabric do not match up with the frame , i can get one ring on but the other seems to short, what am i doing wrong

Bugaboo is infested with to many designers with nothing better to do then play with their web site. The manuals have good pictures on how to do it but it does take a bit of brute force to get the eyes over the stubs so find yourself a brute ;-)
