I am trying to find a serial number for videosafe cameramate
I am trying to install cameramate by videosafe from a disk. It is asking me for a serial number. Could you tell me what kind of serial number it means and where I might find it. I have tried the numbers on the back of the video capture device but they don't work. Thank you, Christine

Read the literature that came with the camera as well as look on the installation disk for a serial number
