I am trying to get into the main outgoing message (the one that comes on as soon as an outside caller dials our number---which directs people to the various extensions). I need to change that message and I am having trouble accessing the main message. I was told to go into systems Admin. by dialing 0#1234....but nothing happened. (I did that through the voicemail system on our phone). I have done this before. I am surprised that I cannot make it happen now
