Report "I am trying to install kaspersky internet securities 2010 in my laptop. i am having windows xp operating system. using windows07 of ms office. now after following all instruction of installation of karpersky i am getting e message that says 'restart your computer for completion of installation'. then i am asked 'do u want to start now' if i click 'ok' for starting restart the machine is showing 'windows is shutting down'. it shutting down. then the machine starts also but no desktop icons are coming bank on screen instead againg the first screen of kaspersky is coming which is asking to install it again. i again fulfilled the directions but again same is happening after restarting the machine. what shuld i do next?"
