I am trying to understand the functions each of the contacts between the ATS and Generator labeled "0", "194", "23", "N1", "N2", and "T1". What function does each perform and what electrical values
What electrical values does each utilize? I am trying to utilize a smart Relay driver from my solar system to communicate the start and stop of the generator as an override to the primary utility failure or restoration as a way to start and stop the generator.

that is ******* and dangerous
if you do not get it right , damage to the generator will result, somebody could get electrocuted and the utility supplier could have you for damage to their system
all you have to do is call in an accredited electrician and the job would be done in 10 minutes safely
while it is possible to set up that way that when the utility power fails, the gen set starts so that solar power can still be used in the house
it requires relays and circuit breakers and more that what you have in your description
